Drain Cleaning
Drain cleaning is a particularly useful service to have if your drains are becoming blocked regularly or are extremely problematic. At Egan Waste, our drain cleaning service is second to none. We work on any size of drain as well as cleaning cesspools and septic tanks. Our team are expert drain cleaners with many years worth of drain cleaning experience – if they can’t unblock and clean your drains, no one can!
Before undertaking your drain cleaning, we’ll thoroughly assess the drain to determine exactly what the primary obstruction is, before deciding upon the best course of action to remove that obstruction. We find that high pressure jetting is often the best method of unblocking your drains as it effectively loosens any problematic debris and removes it quickly.
Using high pressure jetting means that we can successfully unblock your drains quickly and without using any chemicals, removing all debris effectively and efficiently. This gives you a completely problem-free drain in no time. Our team can then inform you as to what caused the blockage initially and give you advice as to the best way to prevent future blockages.
CCTV Drain Surveys
CCTV drain surveys are incredibly useful when it comes to determining the cause of any problems in your drains. They are extremely valuable for drain inspection as they can penetrate deeply into the drain, moving through parts of the drain that our technicians would otherwise struggle to reach.
Fully equipped with the latest technology, including video recorders and television monitors, they offer a safer, more complete insight into what’s happening inside your drains. Ideally suited to inspecting drains that are 100mm to 300mm in diameter, as well as being flexible enough to reach problems that are initially inaccessible such as cracks, leaks and sinking, CCTV surveys improve diagnosis of drainage problems and enable our team to fix them quickly.
Once our team have completed a CCTV drain survey on your drains, they will provide you with a report and a video documenting our findings and suggestions. This then allows us to get to work on your drains, acting on what the CCTV drain survey has uncovered.
Drain Repairs
Often, excavations and planned road or building works can have inadvertent negative effects on your drains. These effects can include slight damage such as cracks, or more serious damage such as complete drain collapse, which can cause severe problems for your drainage system.
It is therefore vital that any repair work is undertaken quickly to minimise any further damage and keep your business operating smoothly.
Thanks to advancing technology and our highly skilled team, it is possible to reach a drainage problem and get to work on it quickly and safely, without causing further damage. This means that the drain can be repaired rapidly, whatever the extent of the damage.
Permanent drain repairs can be undertaken by using soft lining and resin lining technology therefore ensuring all repair work is carried out with minimum disruption to your business.
